We accept a limited number of commissions each year. Price on Application. By appointment.
PATHWAY I — Within the Codes
Begin a new work led by the studio. After our initial conversation, we propose the direction — resolving geometry within our Codes and tailoring proportion, materials and scale to you. Timeline and scope are set at this stage.
PATHWAY II — Transform an heirloom
We assess your existing stones or metal and propose a setting within our language. Suitability, condition and security are reviewed first; where appropriate, we integrate heirloom elements into a new work with disciplined proportion and movement. Original components can be returned on request.
The Process
Step I — Conversation
Intent, event date, viewing preference (in-person or virtual) and an initial budget envelope. We agree scope, timeline and next steps.
STEP II — Direction
After the first conversation the studio proposes the path — New form (within our Codes) or Transform an heirloom — with scope and an agreed timeline.
Step III — Studies & Proportion
Line drawings and scale tests resolve geometry, negative space and comfort; mechanisms are integrated so the form remains pure.
STEP IV — Materials of Time
Selection of diamonds and, where appropriate, materials of time and performance — such as meteorite, mammoth ivory, forged carbon or black titanium — chosen for how they carry light and wear over time.
Heirloom path: suitability and security are confirmed; unused components can be returned.
STEP V — Making
Realised in Italy with microscope-level precision. Setting and finishing are disciplined; fit is tuned for the wearer. Discreet updates as required.
STEP VI — Presentation & Handover
Presented in a case of fine wood with Alcantara and satin-brass lettering. Private handover at The Berkeley or your personal location (if pre-arranged).
