Delivery & Returns
How a work reaches you, and why a work made to one measurement cannot be returned.
01 / Dispatch
Insured, and signed for
Works are dispatched from London, fully insured, and require a signature on receipt. Identity is confirmed at the door.
- United Kingdom
- One to two working days
- Europe
- Two to five working days
- Rest of world
- Three to seven working days
- Insurance
- Included, to full value
- Signature
- Required
02 / Timing
A measured work is not a stocked work
Making begins once the measurement is confirmed, not when the enquiry is made. The production window is stated in writing before any commitment, and the delivery times below begin when the work is finished.
- Foundation Works
- Six to eight weeks
- Developed Works
- Confirmed in writing
- Commissions
- Agreed at the first drawing
03 / Duties
Stated before you commit
Works shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty and local tax. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price. The studio will state the expected figure for your country before any commitment.
04 / Returns
Each work is made to one measurement
The body completes the form. Every Foundation Work is therefore made to a single wrist, finger, ear or collar, measured before making begins — the break is positioned to the person who will close it.
A work cut to one measurement cannot be offered to anyone else. Works are not returnable or exchangeable on a change of mind, and nothing is held in stock.
The studio confirms measurement, metal, finish, price and lead time in writing before making begins, and will answer any question before you commit. Nothing is made until you have.
This does not affect your legal rights. If a work arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, write to the studio and it will be put right. The Terms of Sale set this out in full.
