The softest metal the house works, and the only one that keeps a record of being worn. A satin surface holds handling rather than resisting it. The house treats that as the condition of a worn object rather than as damage, and will not refinish a surface simply because it has aged.

A work in titanium is read differently because it is barely felt. The same drawing, at a fraction of the mass, is not the same work. That is the only reason the house uses it.

Iron from the core of a body that no longer exists, cooled over millions of years into a crystalline structure that appears only when the metal is cut and etched. No process available to us can reproduce it.

It is accepted rather than shaped. The form is cut to receive it, and no two works carrying it are the same.

Nothing is added for contrast, for a price point, or because a season calls for it. If a material does not change how the work is read or worn, it does not enter.

Every precious metal work is hallmarked by the workshop. Every metal, stone and treatment is stated on the work’s record.
